How to Order
Orders can be placed by customers with a web account (please apply here).
Account customers can choose to pay at time of ordering with a credit or debt card or by bank transfer when the order is ready to ship.
Items are made to order so dispatch times differ - if your order will take longer than 3 weeks to ship we'll contact you to offer part order dispatch.
Delivery and Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and are based on destination and weight. A full table is available here.
Damages and defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of damaged or incorrect items. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise only. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 30 days after receipt.
Returns and exchanges
We only accept returns in the case of damaged or defective items as detailed above.
We only supply retailers who have their own online platforms or physical locations (including regular market stalls). Customers selling our products through digital market places such as (but not limited to) Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Folksy etc. Will have their accounts permanently removed.
