Dispatch
As our items are handmade to order dispatch is usually 14 working days from the date of order placement. If you've chosen to pay by bank transfer we'll notify you when your items are ready to ship so you can arrange payment.
Transit times
UK orders are usually next working day after dispatch with international orders taking 3-7 days depending on destination. We'll provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment at any time.

Domestic postage is £5.99 up to an order value of £80 and FREE over £80.00
International
International postage is calculated at checkout and is based on the weight of your order and the band into which your country falls. As you probably know international shipping is a complex adventure but the following table gives you a good guide to the rates that will apply.
Please note that any import taxes or VAT that are payable in your country are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the importer.

We use plastic free and recyclable/compostable packaging to send your orders to you. In some cases this may mean that we reuse packaging that has been sent to us. We hope this doesn't offend but it is a core part of our mission to discard as little usable material as possible.
